To get into the pose:
Lie on your back. Curl your knees into your chest, wrap both arms around your knees, reaching for opposite elbows. Let go of your elbows and stamp your feet on the ceiling, grab onto the outsides of your feet. Rock gently from side to side, and put a big smile on your face!
