Partner Boat Pose - Paripurna Navasana
How to get into the pose:
Sit facing one another, Bend knees, Place feet together, Hold Hands outside of Knees, Lift Heart, Look up and Straighten Legs, Smile and have fun!
Variation: Cross hands and hold inside of knees, release one hand and twist open, then come back to the center, reclasp hands and release other hand and twist the opposite direction!
Benefits: strengthens the spine, abdomen and hip flexors, relieves stress and promotes digestion. As a partner pose, promotes balance, teamwork and bonding.
