Rolling Baby / Ball / Rock n’ Roll Pose
To get into the Pose: Lying on the back, bring knees to chest, rock side to side and roll over onto one side to come out of resting pose. Alternatives: Alternatively, tuck the chin, and kick the feet rocking and rolling the body front to back.
Benefits: A gentle soothing way to come out of resting pose. Relaxes body and helps give a feeling of peace and being grounded. This is great for transitioning in or out of Savasana. Rocking up and down the spine can be an invigorating massage to the spine and back.
